All newly admitted members complete our Professional Development program during their first quarter with TBG. This program builds a strong foundation in consulting and professional skills while preparing members for recruiting and project work.

What it includes:

Hands-on workshops covering resumes, slide deck building, interview preparation, Excel, and other essential tools

Training in consulting frameworks, case interviews, and structured problem-solving

One-on-one resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance from experienced mentors and TBG alumni

An end-of-quarter mock project that simulates real client work and develops practical consulting skills

SOPHOMORE ACCELERATOR
The Sophomore Accelerator is a high-intensity weekly bootcamp designed to help TBG sophomores prepare early for junior-summer consulting recruitment.

The Bruin Group provides our members with career development, networking, and skill-building opportunities to help them secure internships and full-time positions at top firms all around the world.
Not only are our members prepped through real-world experience on projects, new members are initiated through a series of professional development and technical workshops preparing them for success within careers in consulting and finance.
